Before you book your complimentary consult, here’s a handful of FAQs that will help you figure out if I’ll be a good fit for your business.
The first step is we get on the free consult call so you can tell me what your vision is, and I can figure out exactly what you need, and how I can help.
I email you a couple of detailed package options and you pick one. Most times, this is covered on the call. However, sometimes people like to see options, and I’m all in for giving you what you need.
When you’ve decided on a package, I send over your detailed proposal, your contract that you can digitally sign, and invoice for your deposit to get you a spot on my design calendar. Once the invoice is paid, I send over your onboarding package. We set up our first meeting to go over our next steps. I’m really big on communication, so I’m sure all your needs are being met. You’ll never feel like you’re outta the loop or in the dark.
This is always a hard question to answer. When you want to buy a car, there’s tons of options.
My packages range from $1200 for a one page starter website (called a landing page) with important sections to start to grow your business.
My base 5 page website package with many options to grow your business start at $2600, depending on the customizations and add-on services you want to have.
You WILL get an amazing website that helps grow your business with the base package.
Yes! When you accept your proposal package you pay 50% to lock in your design date. You have till the final edit day, before you new website launches to pay the remaining balance. If you need a different type of payment plan let me know, because I want you to have your dream website.
You provide the photos and copy for your website, but fear not busy small business owner. Once you accept your proposal, you will receive an onboarding package from me. This will include a guide on what kind of photos you need, where to get them, and a made-for-you private folder for you to drop them in. You’ll also receive a core pages (home, about, services, contact) copy guide, that you’ll fill out and it’s a lot of fun my clients say. It asks a lot of questions about your business you may have not thought about before. I also provide 10-15 unique stock photos that will available in case you need them. If you need a copywriter I have a few I can refer you to.
I use mainly WordPress but have a lot of experience with Wix also. Depending on your business needs, your budget and the functionality of your website will be the deciding factor on which platform is best for you.
The amount of time each project take depends on the scope of the project. Website projects are broken into 6 phases: Discovery, Strategy, Content, Design, Development and Testing. In each phase, I provide ample opportunity for your feedback and input. Each phase is highly dependent on your timely feedback. The average time from project initiation to launch is 4-6 weeks.
We can get started right away. I’m prebooking design START dates one month out, but that’s GREAT news because that gives you ample time to do all your prepwork. Within that 30 days, I send you your proposal, and your contract and collect your deposit. Your onboarding package arrives in your email. We have our website strategy session, and we set our website design kickoff call to go over ALL the material you’ve submitted. The website project starts!
Any possible additional costs will be gone over in your proposal after our initial meeting. This all depends on the scope of the project and additional services.
I will provide individual training for each platform if you decide you want to update and maintain your website yourself. So far ALL of my clients have entered into a website care plan so they can 100% leave DIY behind.
When we decide to work together on your project, I consider us partners in your business vision. I’m 100% devoted to your business success and online presence.
Once I start your project I dive deep into the soul of your business, and I basically live and breathe it, so I can design and develop a website that fully represents you and your business. It’s not uncommon to hear “I had no idea I wanted that, but it’s so perfect.”
